Silence is a short animated film for my M.F.A in Animation thesis, set for release in 2026. The story follows a deaf boy who enjoys an orchestra concert in his own unique way, perceiving sound through vibrations. The film invites audiences to experience the concert from the perspective of someone with hearing impairments, highlighting the limitations of hearing aids in fully capturing sound. I am responsible for the entire pipeline of this hybrid animation, blending 3D and 2D techniques, except for sound design.
